Interesting next 2 weeks for both MCT and NME.
NME's Rights offer closes on Friday 5th Nov.....major omission that the Rights offer was not underwritten by anyone....most likely because no one willing to given recent history.....so I'd expect NME will not raise the $$$ hoped for.
MCT's TO offer ends on 15th Nov...unless withdrawn or extended.
There was a large conversion of 10,583,213 shares on 28th Oct....interesting to see how the next 2 weeks pan out.
NME must be concerned with a late call as of today......telling its SH to reject the TO offer.

MCT still has cash of $2.8m with exploration exp of over $1m....of which 500k or so maybe payable back to MCT re JV...if NME are to maintain their 49% equity.

Also, MRE can't be far away....only requiring density profile from DC holes.
How this fits in with above...not sure.

Lets hope any future CR by NME is AFTER the MRE is released....or at least at a substantial premium to current SP.
