Hi Denglish, well yes they still are a top holder with their 33mil shares they are just no longer a substantial holder as this is based purely on percentage of a company owned.

yes the confusion here is based on the definition of what a substantial holder is. substantial holder is based on percentage not the number of shares so when CUU increased the number of shares then Geigers percentage dropped (notice also it happen the same date CUU issued its new share capital).

basically as its percentage changed Geiger become no longer a substantial holder and as such legally had to give notice (despite really having nothing to do with it and still holding the same holding).

rules is rules...but yeah in this case it can understandably confuse many holders.

hey don't feel like you're being too pedantic, or beating the point to death...I am certain you are asking questions many other holders are thinking so its good that you are helping us explain it clear enough for everyone to get.

but sorry if I make it more confusing or am not explaining it clearly enough.
