not sure where you are interpreting that from webinar?
yes there is huge focus on getting first transfer right and wbt are correctly directing efforts there. failing to do so would be negligent . . to sign skywater and then throw resources at next sign up does not pay respect tp the semi conductor space especially where this is transferring wbt reram for first time.
there are absolutely discussions progressing other fabs and that has been stated so to suggest wbt are not doing this is wrong.
re second and third etc coming in succession at faster times . . remember this first sign up was prob 12.mths plus in the making . . will future sign ups take 12 mths each . .no!
but key to all this and what will give other fabs the green light is skywater transfer being a success so that is absolutely approp that is their priority but dont for a second think that wbt is not having multiple discussions at various levels lf maturity with other fabs..
