Well, from the PPK Annual report:
"WGL raised $2.800M in December2020 by issuing 7.000M shares at$0.40 per share. As a result, PPKnow owns 59.8%, Deakin owns 23.0%and BNNTTL owns 9.2%".
Just a guess on my part but WGL would probably be somewhere in between 40c and the 85c offered for LIS. They did state that the IPO would be sometime this Financial Year. I suspect (and again only a guess) that they will do what they did with the LIS IPO. So presumably there will be a special dividend to enable shareholders to buy into it. (Will probably be oversubscribed as LIS was).
Time will tell.
