All SH's, new & old should pause a moment today to reflect the contribution of now Lynas Chair Kathleen Conlan over the past decade, today being the tenth anniversary of her joining the Board way, way, back 1st November 2011.
How she persevered through thru the chaos early years beggars belief but absolutely no doubt in my mind Kathleen parachuted AL in to save Lynas, if possible, because she understood the significance. Any aware of her other Board positions would understand she could have walked quietly at any point with no reputational damage but she thought highly enough of Lynas assets & vital position ROW to tough it out, only rational explanation I can find for her continued perseverance, and I have a little insight as to just how tough, knife edge, it was.
Great deal of hard work, from a great many people, has gone into getting Lynas where it is today, looking to expand into tomorrow, but the decade of contribution at Board level from Kathleen Conlan has been remarkable IMO, thank you Kathleen.
