This is the announcement CRO was prevented from announcing in July as at the time the term sheet was not yet signed.
keep in mind that on the 21st of July it was noted that
invigo Pty ltd has signed 2 non binding, indicative term sheets to provide trade facilities to 2 customers.
my opinion is that this is the first of 2 term sheets to be completed and signed.
