Vulcan bought ten 1000-litre IBC- containers of brine, obviously from Geoven-Fonroche ,Vendenheim ,the recent EARTHQUAKE-EPICENTER near Strasbourg !!!

Homebrew, instead of calling me an ignorant Mickey Mouse first time user, and instead of producing your own homebrew, You should rather do your homework better and read more carefully Vulcan Energy's reports ! smile.png

Here follows the substantiation of my statements :
Firstly, Vulcan so far has no own deep water wells ,therefore they have to buy the brine for further analysis. The description of the producer of the brine samples and the location of the borehole in France, distant 5,6 km west of Vulcan's Ortenau license area , leads definitely to the geothermal well operator Geoven-Fonroche in Vendenheim near Strassbourg, there is no other producer at this distance . Geoven-Fonroche's drillings in 5km depth and the penetration of the granitoid rock, perhaps also combined with hydraulic stimulation, were causing permanent strong earthquakes ,which finally were the reason for stopping the whole project definitively. The drillings were stopped in early December, and the brine samples were bought thereafter in January. The management of Vulcan Energy should have been fully aware of these circumstances, but nobody wanted to reveal the controversial topic and the original source of the rich lithium brine (214 mg/L ),because it could jeopardize the whole Zero Carbon Lithium Project.
In order to get the same high content of Lithium in the brine of Vulcan's licence area Ortenau , they
have to penetrate the same granite rock layers ! How can Vulcan avoid to trigger the same kind of earthquakes as in Vendenheim???frown.png

Quote age 3 :..........Sampling & Analysis Vulcan Energy Resources Ltd. (“Vulcan”, “VUL”, “the Company”) is pleased to announce the results from its January 2021 regional geothermal well bulk brine sampling and analysis in the Upper Rhine Valley. Approval to analyse the brine was acquired by Vulcan from the geothermal well operator.....
In this instance, the well was sampled because of the lack of accessible wells that penetrate deep-seated Buntsandstein Group-Basement brine-saturated aquifers underlying Vulcan’s licenses...... .......
... Page 4 : Sample origin: The brine fluid sampled was produced from a ca. 5 km (total vertical depth/TVD) deep production well that penetrated into the crystalline basement (granitoid rock) at a geothermal plant in France 5.6 km to the northwest of the western boundary of Vulcan’s license area Ortenau.
Sampling: A total brine sample of 10,000 litres was collected from the well into ten 1,000-litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) containers, supervised by Dr. Michael Kraml of Geothermal Engineering GmbH (GeoT), which were trucked to Vulcan’s locked storage facility in Karlsruhe, Germany. ....
