i dont disagree with management under-performance on this company. I have been waiting a very long time to see this asset developed but we have to look at PEK in the light it currently is, not of the past. Also the volume since July has been significant and makes the argument for a change of shareholder register with new fresh buyers coming in.

The share price reflects your sentiment and as such your right in saying the market isnt happy about the news flow. But the market is a short-term pricing mechanism and that flaw is the investors key value proposition (or we would never make a buck holding)

At present the news flow is adding value to the asset even if it is moving timelines out and getting the share price lower. This means we are gaining value at cheaper rates. A great outcome for those buying and a bad outcome for those selling.

As a buyer, it is painful but doesn't bother me. What would bother me is decreasing the asset value by extending timelines which is not the case for REE and Green tech in that Green tech is higher value further out than closer in.

I ofcourse want to make money at some point and for me a consolidation, an increase is in share price and a tightening of the stock float will bring the value.

LYC is an example of how those factors help. It ofcourse isnt the main reason for LYC success. That comes down to fundamentals, to which PEK have the asset and i just hope the management pull it through.

Most importantly we need news flow on Economic Framework , Offtake and financing. This is when the market will overprice the asset

    IMO DYOR
