Ann: Annual Report to shareholders 2021, page-2

Did anyone else find the P&L statement in the annual report not correlate correctly with the half yearly report , ie on the annual report no income , lower consultancy expenses (which seems impossible) no finance costs compared with the half yearly , revenue of 200K , higher consultancy costs , and financing costs .?
How do financing costs and consultancy costs miraculously disappear ,or get smaller over the 12 month period ?

Good thing they have a new executive director (Chikarowski) with an accounting background IMHO .

Would think about investing in this given its green credentials , if I could understand how to eat the dog's breakfast .
