Patent pending has nothing to do with capability - it's simply IP protection.
All granted patents are owned by CDX. Mobvoi is simply licensing the CDX technology.
Granting of patents has nothing to do with Mobvoi, the capability of the embedded technology, the launch of the Mobvoi Smartwatch, or any sales and marketing activity.
The commnetary in the Quarterly was simply noting that the technology in the Mobvoi smartwatch is Patent Pending.
It is common for products to be sold, "Patent Pending."
