wgx will get to close this off for its original 1:4 post ffr.....when the merger occurs with ffr and subsequent sp shellacking, more reason for wgx to defend its case and pick the newly combined entity for a song!
waiting for a 20's re-entry....value is in the infrastructure, definitely not mngt/board capability
