Hi Pepper,

Are you able to name another ASX listed company where they are paying third parties through an employee incentive plan for services they have provided?
I have seen many companies issues shares for services, this is nothing new. I have never seen any company obtain approval from shareholders for the employees to cover third parties. Will you be voting in support for this resolution, or do you think WKT should be using its existing cash reserves rather than issuing up to 21 mil new shares. I do recall a few around here saying dilution is for life.
