It looks like interesting acquisitions :
- in their core businesses of senior housing (development + management) and domestic travel (holiday park management), across 3 states (NSW, VIC and QLD),
- mix of mature assets (with apparently good yield) and greenfield projects,
- increasing both their EPS (mid to high single digit for FY22) and NAV (from 3.03 $ to 3.47 $),
- financial situation (post deal) looks also OK, with LVR of 29.1 % (vs 22.2 % before acquisitions).
