I agree the probability is that bin liner is dead. A number of reasons why I think this:-
* the world has stopped talking about him as a target * it is in his nature to be defiant and he would have revealed himself to rally support amongst his followers by now * to say he had been killed might have the effect of creating a martyr * he may have died from natural causes as he was not a well vegemite and his close group may not want to reveal he has gone
