Cheers, it is true that supply of apartments in Perth is less than it had been for a while- you can see that if you read the REIWA weekly sales/leasing update. But, it also appears to be true, from the recent FRI update, that FRI supply is also low.
The recent announcement indicated that FRI had barely 60 apartments completed and ready for sale- and then no projects expected to be completed for the rest of the FY. Correct me please if I have it wrong.
So I took profits on the strength of that and I will wait for Mr Market to bring the SP back before getting back in.
Longer term, once Civic Heart is complete and Perth receives migrants etc I reckon this will do really well.
