Come to think of it Stash was right about the old management, way off with the budget, they have said that so many time they have done the Due diligence never expected budget blow out.
every Ann Financial cl is so close it could happen anytime, I really felt, it has been run by amateur's with big salary. Really disappointing, after all this year PSD need review, I thought it only needed some cash.
