Today is our last chance to retain some say in OUR company.TL and co may yet be the best thing that could happen to EXM, BUT they have certainly not proved it yet.If everything passes today then we have effectively given control of OUR company to the new boys,because by the time all shares options and INCENTIVES are taken up and handed out the new boys will have more than 50%.They were able to come from nowhere to here in two months,just imagine what they can do once they have control.VOTE wisely today.
