It's worse than that. They haven't even aplied yet. This is them talking garbage. Just hypothesising...it's them just telling us about an idea they have that, WHEN they lose the ministerial approval on Jan 9th, they will simply be allowed to apply for an extension and be granted it.
Wow! How arrogant. If I was the minister, and read that statement, I would be more than pissed off. After 5yrs, and no "substantial commencement" works to show for it, not even an attempt to apply for the 3 secondary approvals required to do the work, I wouldn't gtant the extension. No way. The approval agreement was clear, and after 5yrs Toro has shown zero interest in complying. What a joke!
This proves that Toro has zero interest in pursuing a uranium mine.
