Bohlmann et al paper (gram-positive bacteria): PBT2 exhibits antibacterial activity and disrupts cellular homeostasis in erythromycin-resistant group A Streptococcus (GAS), methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE).

De Oliviera paper (gram-negative bacteria) demonstrated the efficacy that PBT2 can break the resistance to polymyxin class antibiotics in Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

I would expect some more research is still on the way to fill the caps of PBT2 on the list of CDC.
