100% with you. There may be a little bit of option churning in this 3.x range too, but the great thing is that there aren't many (60m?) options at 3.1. My layman's charting knowledge implies a 3.2c long term resistance too - will be interesting to see if it runs hard upon confirming a break past that point too.
Surely, surely the pipeline deal/ GSA/ prepayment/ processing deal/ FID are imminent now??
