Shareholders were outvoted two to one in favour of the recap plan.
And so it comes full circle.
I think these boys have just got themselves into a whole mess of trouble.
I believe the stock market is in the early throws of a very large fall and the bottom is about to fall out of the gold and silver price in the coming months which will put great pressure on this whole proposal.
If that proves to be correct - sometimes it just doesnt pay to ask for what you want - you just might get it.
Anyway, thanks for small mercies guys your bold plan has just revalued my existing holding to 1% of its value prior to suspension and with the promise of furtherdlution and devaluation to come.
I wait with bated breath to see the phenomenal turnaround plan that new management are about to implement that will turn this into a viable profitable silver mine.
