Maybe it could interest DM as they bought Aerosint, who are creating a multipowder deposition machine dedicated to powder bed fusion machines, aaaand DM does not have any powder bed fusion machine. So that could be an option
if that happens I would say 100M, maybe a bit more

But not 500M, if they would like to spend that kind of amount they would go for SLM (which they made an offer for 30$ a share, at least according to rumors)
but acquiring auroralabs, bringing the development to the US and putting a sh**tone of funding to accelerate the development and leverage on patents would be a great idea to me !
