This is the most logical idea I've heard for sometime. Particularly as we know the company were providing their own technical update to WD, it's entirely possible that this is as far as the JDA requires, and in fact after having shown WD these technical results first, 4DS is now in a position that they're actually able to release (independently verified) technical data to the market.
