Could simply be an extension of their existing relationship with Boeing.. but the wording "space exploration company" would indicate it's more likely SpaceEx, Blue Origin etc (or a lesser known?) rather than Boeing. Feels like the wording would have been different otherwise. The board would have been keen to make a deliberate distinction here IMO.
