This is the change that should have been made 2 to 3 years ago. Out with the scientists in with the workers.
I m actually disappointed in Trahar as he has the largest amount to loose and did not have the strength to make these changes earlier. Anyway my investment approach is to buy and accumulate until success or death.....
Surely this new boss with some funds on the line as well will make this work.
