We were the first mover to apply for fed grants for Beetaloo, which is simply a result of our management being proactive and more nimble than other prospective drillers. The NT Government is Labor and has the power to replace the fracking ban they put in place about 5 years ago before instigating the scientific review of potential impacts. Fracturing passed the science so pragmatically NT Labor aligned with the Liberals and lifted the ban. Can't see either party reimposing a NT fracking ban.
