No surprise there that there wasn't any announcement for going under 5%, good find..
I had a search through and so far could only find one to show a reduction to 13.3% - 15/12/2020 p28
On one of the other 2020 anns I also saw that both Andrew K and LBT were going to parcipitate in a CR back then when their combined 'ownership' was around 20% - I think that prospectus was replaced though (from memory) so maybe LBT ended up not participating and their 15.77% was diluted over the many further CRs to the point where they're (LBT) now down to 4.88%. I'm sure there is a timeframe in place though where they don't have to report it yet - HOWEVER, who knows, they could be behind the $1.8m raise by 180markets to grab back the 10.89% difference (or some of it) at a much cheaper price than they'd have had to fork out in all the CRs...
