it'll be a way off yet mate.
there's a few requirements you need to meet first and then there's initial and ongoing costs that'll need to be paid. you would think it'll happen closer to production dates.
i believe there's a minimum share price as well? $3usd or there abouts.
I'm sure someone else has more knowledge in this area.
