I'm not saying that GMG is any different to other reits in that respect. But I haven't invested in other REITS so i don't really care and havn't done the homework. You may be right, there may be better REITS. If i had bought into GPT, Centro or any other REIT i would be on that thread. Other Reits may also be a good buy. If you have bought another REIT, congrats to you, I'm sure you have also made money.
All leading indicators pointing to an economic recovery in the US. Australia will follow and is infact in better shape that the rest of the world, asset values to increase, new projects to be completed, the china relationship to pay off, cash in the bank to help grow further. I don't see a problem. GMG is still going up and when it reaches $1 in Christmas I will send the Dogby a condolence card for his short positions.
