Thanks. So Nova owns 74% of Snowflake with a $160m valuation on Snowflake at the mid point. Then 74% of Nova mkt cap of $250m or 74% of Nova share price equals $180m or 10.75c per share…..If Snowflake listed at a 50% premium that equals $250m or basically the current share price of 14.5c per NVA share Omg. That means your are getting all of NVA gold assets for free. That is crazy. I am going shopping in the morning…big time thanks Wot.
