I think their time is close! There is a lot happening behind the scenes, I do believe they are in a fair bit of legal hot water. I still can’t fathom why they wouldn’t cut and run instead of risk losing everything they have. Do these guys realise directors are held personally liable? Surely they are not that ignorant!
