Yes many customers will take all that is given them. Though they are a minority there are customers who follow price. The bulk of PMM are not traction motors they are appliances, hand tools, and the many small motors in an ICE vehicle. The users of these motors have many criteria and quality is one but so is price. So Japan to be price competitive they have to watch material cost. China already has them beat on labor cost. End conclusion is when China drops price Lynas has to follow or their customers cannot compete. Opposite is true China is raising prices while Lynas has production problems and Lynas partakes in the benefits.
