To me it is pretty clear that Ntsimbitle is run by a bunch of pricks
Turfing out a MD and director that started up the mining operation
that has been a cash machine is a lower than low act....
Why have a stake at all unless they are after the whole mine..
They are in a position to take over the mine...whenever they want
Why pay a premium at $600 million for the half they don't have.
They will be able to turn JMS into a sod with a couple of snakey deals..
end up paying very little......
