By reading TDG’s Ann I can clearly see the delay is due to approval from TSX for their offering (read the bottom part)
Secondly they will pay us C$1.5m in November and if it doesn’t go through then another $500k for holding money.
Altogether C$2m they will lose on this deal plus their reputation if they failed.
