don't be silly. 20-30 million shares would put a new holder in the top 10 holders list and anyone adding that many to an existing holding of such size would likely make them a significant holder (of which we currently have 1).
what I would suggest someone does is compare last years top 20 holders (both names and #s of shares held) with those published in the report this week. you'll notice within the top 7-8 players many increased their holdings and a few new names appeared from outside top 20 right into the middle of the pack suggesting massive new interest in the order of 100s of thousands of dollars....
