Fundamentals of company and quality of management are key inputs for SP value. Market recognizes opportunity and seizes it to their advantage when these inputs are positively apparent and impact upwards SP value but in case of Volt vice-versa is happening. It is heading downwards towards 0.01 cents. If Volt is really honest on shareholder value then quick action is the only alternative.
