I was actually suprised you could buy on market at &/or close to $6.12 offer price (so non-shareholders effectively got the same opportunity for a while atleast). I expected a discount to $6.44 theoretical ex-price, so todays prices more understandable.
Anyway, irrelevant in the main scheme of things.
I’m just enjoying this stock providing continual organic & logical acquisition growth and….
in turn development & clip the ticket kicker upside, in a relatively conservative way, which is unusual in property development.
