time to mining really doesnt matter at this point re sp upside potential - bml going 10x in 6 months last year wasnt because it was about to mine
as i said a long while back - market largely treats a stock as either in production or not.
there are some rarer cases where the business case/executive are so compelling that it drives an idiosyncratic 'developer multiple' - ADT is a great example
mining timing does matter to me ofc - not about shorter term risk reward - but about those long term capex/irr sweet spot arcs.
