    What is for sale is chicken feed anyway, and well within the reach of a very moderate investor to cleanup in a blink and have a great longer term investment. E.g. ~$82,000 would wipe all sellers below 23.5c out (based on an average 19.5c price). Next thing you know you'll be paying 30% more to get a toehold.
