my concern would be the speed of information; management seems to release their notification at the last minute, to barely comply with their regulations.
So I assume if 3rd sitting is held on 10th Nov, we should get an announcement from management after market close 12th Nov (Friday) saying this was completely unforeseeable. Trading halt on 15th Nov, and accidentally leaves the OTC open for trading for the 4th time.
