Ahpigsy,
Price alone does not determine value. As both companies have no earnings it is difficult to place a valuation (common theme with speccies). What one can do though as a guide is determine share price valuation based on Market cap and shares on issue.
For MEO market cap being 292 million with 417.3 million shares on issue. MEO have no debt therefore market cap=enterprise value. 292m/417.3m= $0.699
For MOG market cap being 22million with 79.5 million shares on issue. MOG have no debt therefore market cap=enterprise value. 22m/79.5m= $0.276
Based on those calculations MEO is currently trading at an approximate 6.7% premium while MOG is currently trading at an excess 10.5% of fair value. Thats a difference of approximately 17% margin being invested in MEO at the moment. MEO is the jewel in the crown of my portfolio at $0.525. Currently a better position to take IMHO
