Suspect that China burned a lot of their met coal in panic when inventories were under two weeks. Fine to burn it for energy, but not so great to use thermal coal for steel. Still only 19 days inventories apparently. Might be the "secret" reason steel production is being tightened. After all if China doesn't need all that steel it is still a great export market!
