@ML I believe she resigned some time ago but the law suit is the overhang. She would appear to still have a very large holding which she will also be suffering as a result of the falling SP. I had thought she would have sold many more - she is still very close to 5% holding I believe just the dilution took her under . The compang needs done news- as an example what happens to the in house testing of the Prostate samples- we were led to believe results back in Q2 if you listen to the CEO.
