chelks i dont believe regent would launch a takeover , im guessing but they are obviously close to current management and mike im 100 percent sure is fighting and has the best interest at heart for current shareholders . bci will be worth a fortune if we can avoid a cheap take over !
consmin are a different story they are loaded with cash , they tried to buy om holdings for a billion dollars not long ago plus the fact they were buying shares in cfe not long ago , so obviously they like io , i do think if consmin launched a cheap offer to take over the company , regent might step up to the plate!!!!
on my part this is all speculation but it was only 2 months ago in fin review they named bci as one of the top takeover targets market cap 80 million a joke ,( the wolves are circling )
