We actually got our letter from the Chairman today. Wow, does it smell of desperation. I've never seen this much propaganda to save a board from facing a vote. Mailouts and calls to stop a takeover but never to stop shareholders from getting to have a say on who runs their company. Our vote has already gone in, voted AGAINST all the directors, that Dave Whittle sure seems like an absolute waste of a seat. Voted against the remuneration report, King seems ok but can't see what work he actually did that justifies the bonuses. Every big box retailer got an uptick from Covid so he wasn't outstanding on that point. Obviously voted for the spill. Bring it on!
