Well, looking back, last time Simon sold nothing occurred within the company to indicate it was a sale with any foresight to downward price pressure... However, interestingly, after Simon sold in 6th 2020 the price continued an upward price trend and within the next 2 months the price dropped considerably, before eventually rising once again... Within the first couple of months post skids (S. Kidston) 2020 sale, there was various positive announcements.
None the less I see nothing that indicates Simon has historically sold pre-empting downward price pressure.
Full steam ahead, nothing to see here (I hope).
