I don't think he will or can as any info not released by company and which affected trading would be catastrophic for those buyers and sellers who may have used the info for trades, depending on what ASX did of course but fairly easy to look at trades , info on HC and cancel all trades around a certain timeframe if insider knowledge is suspected.
Expensive all round so post carefully you guys.
