I tried to do a chargeback with zip in 2018 for a faulty motherboard bought from umart. I stopped using them for a while after that. I’d use zip for my supplier accounts and Apple because Apple don’t mess me around once the app improved with rewards and shit - and to support my shareholding (I did own at 80c)
Anything else, I use Amex. Their protections are the pinnacle of customer service. They do not mess around.
