It is all about how much time you give it. All going well and with enough time this company will definitely reach three figures if it remains a stand alone entity (not bought out). The indication(s) and global market is so big that the revenue achieved / potential will justify it.
$20 to $40 is only a $5 to $10 billion MC. We need to be thinking large US / global Pharma MC potential here.
Abbvie just as an example is $205 billion MC (obviously it has more than just Humira). With $20 billion of sales in 2020 for a drug with a significantly smaller market than OA. If for example in the future PAR only did $20 billion in sales it could be worth circa $120 billion MC alone. That is just with OA only and we will likely do more than that.
So it is not hard to see how ridiculously valuable this company could become. If you do some basic sums you can see how $20 to $40, while a great profit and target, could still be far from potential value here.
