I was convinced that, the agreement with OMH was take/pay, and that the terms of trade were on a FoB basis. Was I wrong on the 2nd point? If it was FoB, should shipping costs be an issue? Given the sh*tshow in the last few days (on share price) I guess it may not be FoB - guess I'm looking for confirmation. Perused historical announcements, but didn't see anything on FoB.
